Quick Scalloped Potatoes are a crowd pleaser.
- 8 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- Slice potatoes in 1/4 inch slices. Mix soups and milk. Layer potatoes and soup mix, topping with soup mix in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
