Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Italian risotto
- 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced celery
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 2-3 hours on low, until rice is tender.
