Quick and simple peanut butter fudge recipe.
- 3 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Mix together the sugar and milk in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes or until a soft ball can be formed.
- Remove from the heat and add in the peanut butter, do not stir. Allow to cool.
- Once cool, beat by hand until the fudge is no longer glossy. Pour batter into a buttered 8-inch pan. Slice into squares once cool.
