Broiled salmon steaks, quick and simple.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat the broiler. Oil both sides of the steaks and season with the salt and pepper. Arrange on a rack in a broiler pan and heat until done, turning once.
