A simple slow cooker creamed corn side dish.
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Add the cream cheese and butter to a greased slow cooker. Heat on high until melted. Stir in the corn, pepper and salt. Cook covered for 1-1/2 to 2 hours on low.
