Easy to make slow cooker beef and sausage chili.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 3 links sausage with cheddar, sliced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Cajun style mixed vegetables, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2 hours.
