Great, quick appetizer recipe. Can be frozen after baked, and crisped for a few minutes before serving.


  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix everything together, until well combined. Roll into balls.
  3. Slightly flatten the ball against an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
