Quick Caramel Corn will disappear quickly!
- 1/4 cup unpopped popcorn
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- Pop corn using package directions.
- Add corn syrup to margarine in saucepan. Stir in sugar, mixing well. Bring to a boil. Pour over popcorn. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
