Serve this shrimp as a cold appetizer or in a salad.
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Shell shrimp and devein.
- In a pan heat butter and garlic.
- Dip shrimp in butter mixture.
- Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
- Chill and serve or serve warm.
