A quick and simple baked grit breakfast.
- 2 cups quick-cooking grits
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the grits to 4 cups of water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the milk and butter. Cover and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the eggs.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
