Creamy broccoli and cheese soup and potato side dish.
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can broccoli cheese soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan, cook the onions until tender. Stir in the milk and soup and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, stir in the potatoes until coated and simmer for 5 minutes.
