Here is a great way to get your kids to have a healthy and delicious beverage instead of an empty-calorie soda pop.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 teaspoons Flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
Directions
- Place the soy milk, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, blueberries, banana, wheat germ and flaxseed oil in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve at once.
