Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained and frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce gold rum
- 1 1/2 ounces Parfait Amour
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
