This spiced dip makes an easy appetizer when served with sliced fruit, graham crackers, ginger snaps or mini-bagels.
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.
- Mix in powdered sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
