This distinctive blend of Prosecco, Aperol and freshly squeezed orange juice was nominated the 2009 drink of summer. Build the drink slowly, and taste as you go to find the right proportions to suit your own personal taste.

Ingredients

Prosecco, chilled, to taste
Aperol, to taste
Freshly squeezed orange juice, to taste

Directions

Place equal parts of the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Taste the cocktail and add additional Prosecco, Aperol and/or fresh orange juice to taste. Serve immediately.
