Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 5 strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup soymilk or 1 -1 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 2 tablespoons almonds or cashews
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
