Baked new potato, onion and green pepper side dish.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced new potatoes, drained
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
- Heat the margarine in a skillet until melted. Add in the onion and green pepper and cook over medium heat until tender. Add the potatoes and saute for 5 minutes. Season with pepper.
- Add to a greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
