Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, chunked
- 2 carrots, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 5 cups water
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cover and cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.
- One hour before serving, add one can of evaporated milk.
