Honey mustard chicken with shredded potatos.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups potatoes, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup honey mustard prepared dressing
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x12-inch baking dish.
- Spread the potatoes in the bottom of the prepared dish. Top with the onions. Place the chicken on top and drizzle with the dressing.
