Potato and onion pancakes.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, grated
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Mix together the potatoes, egg whites and onion. Stir in the flour and soy sauce.
- Coat a skillet with the cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the heated skillet, flatten. Heat until brown and crispy on both sides over high heat.
