Potato Chip Squash Casserole has a creamy, ranch flavor.
- 4 squash, partially cooked and sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup ranch flavored potato chips, crushed
- 1 cup American cheese, shredded
- Layer squash, soup and potato chips in a greased casserole dish. Repeat layers and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
