Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 cups crushed potato chips
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Stir together all ingredients except butter and vanilla.
- Add butter and vanilla; stir until thoroughly blended.
- Shape into walnut-size balls and set 3" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
- Cool 5 minutes on pans, then remove to cooling rack.
