Potato chip and carrot bite-size cheese balls.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ranch flavored potato chips, finely crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated raw carrot
- Chopped parsley
Directions
- Mix together the first three ingredients and form into balls. Roll in the parsley and chill until ready to serve.
