Slow cooked potato soup with carrots and bacon.
- 4 medium red potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth with garlic
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 cup milk
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir in the potato flakes and milk and serve.
