Slow cooked pot roast.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 pounds chuck roast
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. Arrange all the vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker. Salt the roast and then place on top. Pour broth over. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
