Slow cooked pork roast.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 pounds boneless pork roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
Directions
- Brown the roast in oil over medium heat.
- Place the onions in the slow cooker and top with the garlic. Place the roast on top and pour the chicken broth over.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 6-7 hours.
