Slow cooked country ribs and sauerkraut.
- 2 1/2-3 pounds country style ribs
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 (28 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
