Slow cooked country ribs and sauerkraut.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-3 pounds country style ribs
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 (28 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the ribs.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
