Pork 'N Beans is a summer favorite and goes great with salad and a burger.
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 20 slices pepperoni, quartered
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, cook the pepperoni and onion until the onion is golden brown. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
