Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork loin roast
- 1 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
Directions
- Place the roast in the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
