Apple and red cabbage topped pork chop dinner.


  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar sweet/sour red cabbage
  • 1 apple, quartered, cored and sliced


  1. Brown the chops in a skillet. Remove. Saute the onion.
  2. Place the chops on top of the onions. Pour the cabbage over and top with the apples. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
