Apple and red cabbage topped pork chop dinner.
- 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) jar sweet/sour red cabbage
- 1 apple, quartered, cored and sliced
- Brown the chops in a skillet. Remove. Saute the onion.
- Place the chops on top of the onions. Pour the cabbage over and top with the apples. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
