Tomato sauce and mozzarella topped pork chop dinner.
- 4-5 pork chops
- Vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops. Add in the soup and chiles. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheese on, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
