Tomato sauce and mozzarella topped pork chop dinner.


  • 4-5 pork chops
  • Vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chiles
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides of the pork chops. Add in the soup and chiles. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the cheese on, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
