A quick and easy pork chop and gravy dinner.
- 4 (1/2-inch) thick pork chops
- Canola oil
- 2-1/4 cups milk
- Rice, cooked
- Trim the fat off of the pork. Dredge in the flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in the oil and remove from the skillet.
- Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the skillet and brown in the drippings. Season with salt and pepper. Slowly add in the milk and make a gravy.
- Add the pork chops back to the skillet. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
