Pork Chops and Potato Casserole is a hearty dish perfect for a Sunday night dinner.


  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 6 pork chops
  • flour
  • parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cups 1/4 inch thick sliced potatoes


  1. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour.
  2. Place potatoes in 9 by 13 inch buttered casserole. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover with sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
