Pork Chops and Potato Casserole is a hearty dish perfect for a Sunday night dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 6 pork chops
- flour
- parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 cups 1/4 inch thick sliced potatoes
Directions
- Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour.
- Place potatoes in 9 by 13 inch buttered casserole. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover with sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
