Creamy pork chop, mushroom and pea casserole.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 (16 ounce) can peas, reserve liquid
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions
- Place the pork in a casserole dish. Mix together the peas, 1/4 cup of pea liquid, soup and onion and pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
