Yee Hah! Round up the folks for a hearty Pork Barbeque served on soft rolls with coleslaw on the side.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork butt roast
- 1 large bottle ketchup
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Directions
- Cover roast with water, add salt, simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until done; remove meat to cool.
- To the juice add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Shred meat and add to sauce.
