Yee Hah!  Round up the folks for a hearty Pork Barbeque served on soft rolls with coleslaw on the side.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork butt roast
  • 1 large bottle ketchup
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. Cover roast with water, add salt, simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until done; remove meat to cool.
  2. To the juice add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Shred meat and add to sauce.
