- 2 cups Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Orange Flower Water
- Place 1 cup of the pomegranate juice into a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer the juice until reduced by half and then remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the remaining pomegranate juice to the pan along with the sugar, and stir well until all of the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the orange flower water and set aside to cool before using.
