Service this salmon on a bed of rice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
- 1/4 teapsoon pepper
- 4 salmon steaks
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except salmon in a skillet.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat.
- Simmer for 10 mintues.
- Add salmon steaks.
- Cover and simmer for 8 mintues or until salmon flakes easily.
