Service this salmon on a bed of rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
  • 1/4 teapsoon pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon in a skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce heat.
  4. Simmer for 10 mintues.
  5. Add salmon steaks.
  6. Cover and simmer for 8 mintues or until salmon flakes easily.
