Creamy plum pudding, delicious topped with whipped cream.


  • 5 cups fech, frozen or canned pitted plums
  • 3/8 cup cornstarch
  • Whipped cream


  1. Blend the plums until smooth. Blend in the cornstarch. Pour into the top of a double broiler and heat, stirring constantly, until it bubbles and thickens.
  2. Remove from the heat and pour into custard cups. Chill. When ready to serve top with the whipped cream.
