Creamy plum pudding, delicious topped with whipped cream.
- 5 cups fech, frozen or canned pitted plums
- 3/8 cup cornstarch
- Whipped cream
- Blend the plums until smooth. Blend in the cornstarch. Pour into the top of a double broiler and heat, stirring constantly, until it bubbles and thickens.
- Remove from the heat and pour into custard cups. Chill. When ready to serve top with the whipped cream.
