Homemade plum jam recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound plums
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 pound sugar
- Water
Directions
- Clean the plums and place in a large saucepan. Cover with water.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the skins are tender. Cool. Remove stones.
- Mix in the sugar and heat on low until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and cook rapidly until thickened. Pour into a sterilized 1/2 pint jar and seal.
