Plum Bundt Cake is made with strained plum baby food. This cake tastes best if made a day or two before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 jars plum baby food
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.
