Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 cups milk, divided
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the cornmeal and 2 cups of milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Add in the milk and eggs. Stir in the salt, baking powder and butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
