Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
- Beat eggs, milk and butter.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
