A fun, flavor packed, sausage and veggie slow cooked pizza soup.
- 1 (16 ounce) package Italian link sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 small green bell pepper, cored, seeded, julienned
- 1 (15 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Mix everything but the cheese together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low. Serve with the cheese sprinkled over top.
