A popular, creamy pudding salad.
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
- Sprinkle the pudding mix over the pineapple in a large bowl. Mix in the marshmallows and pecans. Finally, fold in the whipped topping. Chill.
