Pistachio Pound Cake is a delicious treat for an after school snack or tea time.


  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, cut in small pieces


  1. Mix cake mix according to package directions; add pudding mix and nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
  2. Mix butter and brown sugar until crumbly and put on top of cake. Continue to bake until done. Cool completely before slicing.
