Pistachio Pound Cake is a delicious treat for an after school snack or tea time.
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant pistachio pudding
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, cut in small pieces
- Mix cake mix according to package directions; add pudding mix and nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
- Mix butter and brown sugar until crumbly and put on top of cake. Continue to bake until done. Cool completely before slicing.
