Pistachio Frosting has a hint of almond flavor which goes great on any naked cupcake.
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Whip heavy cream until stiff.
- Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Add almond flavoring.
- Gently fold pudding mixture into the whipped cream. Spread as desired.
