Pistachio Frosting has a hint of almond flavor which goes great on any naked cupcake.


  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract


  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff.
  2. Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Add almond flavoring.
  3. Gently fold pudding mixture into the whipped cream. Spread as desired.
