Pistachio Delight with pastel colored marshmallows will brightened up any picnic.

Ingredients

8 ounce container Cool Whip
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small package instant pistachio pudding
1 cup mini marshmallows (pastel colored)
chopped nuts and coconut for garnish

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
