Pistachio Coconut Surprise is sweet and nutty.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) package pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1-1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream with pudding mix in a bowl. Add coconut, pineapple and cherries; mix well. Spoon into a loaf pan. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Slice and serve.
