A bend of gin, Applejack, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cream, grenadine and a whole egg make this citrusy and frothy concoction quite a treat. No need to garnish; its light pink color makes it pretty enough.
- 1-1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce Applejack
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cream
- splash grenadine
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 40 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then shake for an additional 40 seconds to chill.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and serve immediately.
