A bend of gin, Applejack, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cream, grenadine and a whole egg make this citrusy and frothy concoction quite a treat. No need to garnish; its light pink color makes it pretty enough.


  • 1-1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Applejack
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • splash grenadine
  • egg


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 40 seconds.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and then shake for an additional 40 seconds to chill.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve immediately.
