Pineapple Souffle is an elegant dessert that will wow your guests.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whip together eggs. Add to eggs, bread crumbs, sugar and crushed pineapple. Mix ingredients well; then pour into a casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
