Pineapple Souffle is an elegant dessert that will wow your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip together eggs. Add to eggs, bread crumbs, sugar and crushed pineapple. Mix ingredients well; then pour into a casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
